WELCOME FROM ESBIA PRESIDENT JOHN KOTOSKI:
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to welcome you to the Eastern Shore Building Industry Association. We are delighted that you are part of this great organization.
ESBIA membership will provide you with a multitude of valuable social, business and political contacts that we believe will help your business. On the web, esbia.org provides up to date information and resources that will aid your business. Also, a portion of your membership dues goes directly to the
Mary land State Builders Association (MSBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The MSBA is our legislative watchdog on issues in the State of
Mary land that affect home building. The NAHB offers many benefits that include: lobbying legislative issues in
Washington ; continuing education courses; publications and national discounts to name a few.
As with most associations, the foundation of our success is our ability to interact with industry associates and provide effective networking opportunities. We have found that those who become involved and participate reap more benefits from membership than those who do not. These benefits encompass increased community exposure, business opportunities and regulatory influence. Therefore, we hope that you will attend our monthly meetings and activities or volunteer to serve on a committee which interests you.
Again, welcome to the ESBIA and we look forward to being of service to you.
Sincerely,
John R. Kotoski, President
