Mission Statement

The Eastern Shore Building Industry Association, a not-for-profit membership organization, represents builders as well as entities associated with and serving the building trade, in the Maryland Counties of Caroline, Queen Anne, Kent, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset. The ESBIA is dedicated to perpetuating building quality, affordable housing, environmental preservation and economic growth; and places quality, craftsmanship and honesty above all else. The ESBIA serves as the voice of the building industry and provides its members with superior educational, legislative, public relations, community outreach, and social programs as well as fostering opportunities for business development. The Eastern Shore Building Industry Association recognizes that its members are its greatest resource and consistently strives to better serve them and the communities they represent.
